We tried to seek design interventions in order to address the Urban Heat Island effect in Delhi, focusing on solutions that are both sustainable and strategic. The approach incorporated indigenous or alternative methods, emphasize climate consciousness, and consider the key elements of light, heat, and air.
The goal was to develop innovative strategies that are deeply rooted in local context while effectively mitigating urban heat.
